Your Digital Reservations Book
All online bookings are automatically handled by the reservation system. Upon booking your guest will receive a confirmation email including the option to both edit and manage the reservation should it be necessary. All direct enquires via telephone or in person can be manually input into the system. You can be rest assured that all data is synchronised in real time allowing multiple users and devices an up to date over view at all times. Guests will receive a reminder of their booking, via email, 24 hours before the appointed time. They also have the option with one click to save their reservation in their device’s Google or Apple Calendar. Upon booking completion, a pre-defined pop-up menu will appear allowing your guests the option to peruse the menu and pre-order from the comfort of their own device. Find yourself in need of help? Our FREE customer support service is available at any time of the day or night! We know more than most that the Gastro Industry doesn’t run on a Mon-Fri/ 9am-5pm basis so we’re even available during the evenings and weekends in the event of an emergency. We can work remotely from our bases in London and Vienna- just drop us an email or call us. We are always motivated to solve any problems as fast as possible!
