Compatibility
Olivia's POS system can be used across any number of devices / operators within your business, at no additional license fee costs per operator. We are compatible with all operating systems (IOS, Android, Windows, amongst others) allowing you the freedom to work with your individual choice of hardware. The synchronisation of all devices takes place in real time meaning everybody stays in the loop.
Mobile Ordering
Orders placed by staff members via mobile phone / tablet and will be directly forwarded to the bar and kitchen. Reducing your staffs footfall will allow them to spend more time interacting with guests. The user interface (order function / table plan) has been perfectly adapted for easy mobile use. A digital copy of the bill can either be sent directly to the customers smartphone or printed as usual. Saving time will inevitably increase your turn over.
Detailed in-house reports
Yearly, monthly, weekly and daily statistics, as well as sales figures, best sellers and much more can always be accessed from any device at any time.
Vouchers
Create gift vouchers in the blink of an eye. Olivia automatically generates and assigns a unique voucher number. This can be cross referenced upon redemption, therefore guaranteeing its authenticity and avoiding the possibility of fakes coming into circulation. All vouchers are recorded digitally in a central register allowing you a seamless overview. They can also be sent directly to your customers via email.
Real time stock management
An up to date inventory list and stock levels are seamlessly documented and controlled via the POS System. Extra software or hardware is not required. Self defined minimum stock levels and reminder alerts mean you’ll never forget to re-stock those all important items. A address book contacting all contact details for each suppliers …….can even be directly ‘contacted’ and orders can be placed by the system itself! An automated stock management system will save you invaluable time and allow your business to run at its most efficient.
Cash overview
Cashflow, income and expenses are effortlessly managed in the integrated ‘cash-book’ allowing a thorough overview of all cash expenses. Send weekly or monthly statements, via PDF, directly from the system to your accountants.
Environmentally friendly
Save on expensive network connections, thousands of meters of till-roll and printer ink whilst being environmentally friendly. Traditionally all kitchen and bar staff work using individually printed table orders which can often pile up and easily be misplaced allowing chaos to ensue. With Olivia’s POS system all table orders are displayed on screens providing a comfortable over view for all staff at all times. Digital orders can be rearranged, confirmed and ‘sent’ at a moments screen tap. Reminder functions ensure that no orders may be over looked or forgotten. A streamlined service reduces stress during busy times and allows staff to work more efficiently.
